Commissioned by Aalberts Bouw, Alteco renovated 1,150 m² of flooring in the canteen. The floor was finished with a seamless resin coating.
The MPV 100 multi-project flooring system consists of tongue-and-groove load-bearing panels, which distinguishes it from traditional computer access floors. Inspection hatches can be installed to provide access to the space beneath the floor.
The panels are made from calcium sulphate reinforced with mineral fibres. The supporting structure consists of galvanised steel pedestals fitted with head and base plates. These can be continuously adjusted by ±30 mm. For higher load requirements, the multi-project floor can be combined with an IV 1260 substructure.
This type of flooring is mainly used in wet areas and is ideally suited for finishing with a top layer of choice.
